GRE 1 : Q V Hi contador7, Most Business Schools will not consider it a problem if your Official Score Report is not immediately available as long as all of the other parts of your application are in on time.
It can often take weeks or months for Business School Admissions Officers to decide who to invite to attend their Programs, so the potential issue that you're talking about probably won't be an issue at all.
In simple terms, it's highly unlikely that you would be rejected on the first day if your Official Score Report was not available.
That having been said, if you are concerned about how a School would handle this issue, then you should contact the School's Admissions Office directly and ask.
