The only option they gave to right the wrong was to cancel the reservation and rebook with another company at 5 times the rate because it's day of. When I said that it was unacceptable they hung up the phone leaving me stranded at the airport.
Terrible customer service. This website charged me for not staying at a horrible hotel. What i saw on the website was not real, what i was getting. The hotel is ugly, dirty, and people on it was not the best looking We had to sleep at the airport parking lot. After all that i contacted Priceline via chat and they told me that the policy is there and that refund was not an option I will never use Priceline again. We recently booked a trip to Hawaii through this Agency.
Everything went through as expected. Just today , we received an email notice from Priceline stating that our flight schedule has been changed without our consent.

Well Priceline says no to refunds despite a shelter in place in the city we were to travel to and all parks, restaurants, and businesses closed.
That's right they keep your money despite a global pandemic. I was actually asked "why would you want to cancel the rental car? They took my money and did not provide a service I was on the phone for hours and did not get the issue resolved. The end result no car leaving my family stranded at the airport and my credit card was charged Scam alert… payment rendered and no service.
Never again! The insurance is also a scam. They do not deserve any stars. I made a reservation for Ramada Encore Kiev based on the location shown on the website. It is the wrong location -- 15 km away from where the hotel actually is. When I discovered this and called 2 days before my trip, I was told they had to check with the hotel. I stayed somewhere else, needed to be in the center of town.
After I got back, I tried to get reimbursement. They refuse and insist that their research team reviewed this issue and gave a final decision.
Terrible customer treatment! This motel is filthy and a health hazard - stained sheets, moldy floors in corners of room, mold on shower head, heavy smoking by customers outside the room even though smoking is not allowed inside the room, smelly pillows, etc.
The day of the booking was told by Priceline representative that I have airport transportation included only to find out I don't have a ride to and from airport and when I didn't received vaucher I called again was told to call different places which since I booked my vacation with Priceline they should have help me instead redirecting me somewhere else, horrible customer service definitely won't book it with them again or will not recommend to anyone.
Tip for consumers: Not as promised and not all representative on the same page. Products used: All inclusive resort with flight package and Airport Shuttle. This company will process your order in USD without being transparent. Hopefully, you won't have to proceed with a refund like I did, because they will claim to have free cancellation then after hitting the cancellation button quote you with cancellation fee they are automatically deducting from your refund.
Afterwards you'll find out that your refund will have a difference of whatever the currency rate dictates at the time and the company will take 0 accountability for the cost you have lost. Priceline has no concern about Canadian patrons whatsoever.
Never again will I book through Priceline. We made our reservations well in advance and I was aware of of the cancellation policies. However, due to the coronavirus our cruise was cancelled. The whole world is upside down and they wont budge. I will never again book though this site. I bought my tickets two months ago with this "company" and I understand that there have been changes due to the covid19, but personally they told me 3 hours before that my flight had been canceled without any reason, they made me call them to wait in line for more than 30 minutes to get no response.
I do not recommend this "travel" page at all, they only make you lose time and money, if I had the option to give 0 stars I would. Simply the worst! We rented a car through Priceline on a recent vacation to Florida.
The car rental shuttle never picked us up at the end of the night and we had to sleep in the airport. The car rental place Fox Rent A Car double charged us for rental we never received on time. They refused to work it out with us, but Priceline got involved and arranged for us to get back double the amount the rental car owed us in a very quick amount of time. I have found Priceline to be a good company. They have handled my change in time for travel very well. The first time I needed a change, they did it well.
With the continuing virus problem, I needed an extension for my travel plans. I would give them a great rating for handling my two extensions for travel.

I was working in an area and was going to go late, so I opened the app to see about rooms in the area. Normally when I open the app or any travel company app it populates nearby hotels with the rates for THAT day.
I just opened the Priceline app as I write this, and it populates with hotels and prices for today's date. On the day I opened the app and booked a room, it populated with rooms and prices for the next day, which I didn't realize until I went to check in moments later. I told the desk clerk it was a mistake, and she said that I would have to contact Priceline. I contacted Priceline right away and they said it would be up to the hotel to cancel a non transferable reservation.
Ultimately, they charged me the full amount, even though I contacted them right away, and I never stayed in the room. Was booking several times a month with Priceline, and will never use them again.
